Michael’s Building For You Ltd is primarily a building maintenance company operating in and around Hertfordshire. We offer a full maintenance and call-out service from Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) and Saturday working can also be arranged.

As your local builder Hertfordshire we are willing and able to deal with most maintenance problems as well as cyclical and refurbishment works to offices, factories, schools, public buildings and homes. Our team are all qualified, certified, friendly, approachable and reliable.

Maintenance Work We Cover:

• Refurbishment
• Internal and external decorating, alterations and improvements, Corgi registered central heating gas works and repairs. Electrical rewiring and repairs. Landlord gas and electric test certificates provided as required.
• Day-to-Day Repairs
• Roofing Repairs (both flat and tiled), carpentry, decorating, plumbing, fencing, guttering, glazing, brickwork, site clearance and rubbish removal and much more.
• Site Management
• Specific and non-specific tasks, site cleanliness and appearance.

It is our policy to complete all works as quickly and efficiently as possible. We also pride ourselves on giving a professional and reliable service at competitive rates. Our builder Hertfordshire company safety policy is available to view. We carry Public Liability Insurance and are also a Construction Line approved company.
